The Teifi is world-renowned as an excellent river for salmon and sea trout (sewin) fishing. The season is from
April 1st to October 17th.
The best methods to fish the river are fly, spinning and worm. The level of the river determines which method to use.
The best runs of salmon are between May and October.
The best runs of sea trout are between May and August.
A full rod license and fishing permit must be obtained in order to fish the Teifi. These are available in Cenarth.
